After receiving the text he promptly called me and let me know what needed to be done and set a path to get the project complete. He came the next week and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I had an under slab sewage and fresh water test done by In-House Plumbing and the service was great. Rick showed up on time first thing in the morning. He was very polite and explained what he was doing, and after finishing up he made sure I was satisfied and didn’t have any unanswered questions.

I’ve never used this company for plumbing but by golly their drivers are horrible. I work down the street from one of their offices and a driver almost runs me over once a week. It’s terrifying. I normally wouldn’t use reviews for something of this nature but it’s concerning that your drivers are tailgating and almost running into my car weekly. Please address this!

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

I woke up to a fast leaking water heater and called one plumbing company. They told us they could not get to us for 3-4 days. I called 1st Plumber Allen TX and they were able to make it out within 2 hours. Their plumber was very informative and went over several options. He answered my questions and even explained what happened and what he will have to do, thoroughly, before he began to work. Service was prompt and pleasant. I would recommend them based off my experience.

After getting 2 estimates for a main water line replacement (big leak), I called O’Bryan because they had very good reviews. They not only said they could do the work the next morning at 8AM but they matched my lowest estimate. The three man crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional and worked hard all day in the 109 degree heat! The follow up was good as well. I highly recommend based on my experience.
