Best Water Heater Repair/Replace in Plano TX

I called Bill Amudson for a small project I needed done in my business in Plano. He got on the phone and had me send him a photo of what I needed to be done. After receiving the text he promptly called me and let me know what needed to be done and set a path to get the project complete. He came the next week and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

Property Management Company sent them out. They never gave us an estimated time they would be out, showed up at 6:11pm. My husband had to chase the guy down the street for him to tell him, his boss said he can't do it. Plumber never came to the door or inside the residence to even assess the problem. Very unprofessional. Apparently they are not a full service plumbing company.
