Best Valve Repair in Plano TX

Our air conditioner quit in the middle of the night and my mom was staying with us. I called Devards and Carlos came out right away and fixed it. He was so kind. Thank you, Carlos, for making sure my mom was comfortable. My husband and I are very grateful.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

I had an appointment, they called me at the time scheduled and told me it would be 2-3 hours longer. After waiting 2 hours, I called again and they said it'd be about another 2 hours, but they would call on their way. After waiting almost 2 more hours without a call, I called again, this time to cancel, I could not wait any longer. They did not offer an apology or to try to reschedule.

Wanted to see about getting a tankless hot water heater, they came out and gave us options that were friendly to our pocket book not only now but down the line, also ended up having our sprinkler system fixed. The guys were prompt, kept us in the loop about what was going on and did a great job all around. Will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services as they were just all around awesome.

2nd time we have used Aubrey Plumbing. Both times we received great timely service with reasonable prices. This time we needed a new water heater. It was installed quickly and they went out of their way to make sure the exhaust pipe that had become disconnected prior to this service was reconnected correctly. Reference #2573-6389

In particular the team of Gerald Gnerlich and Canon Patchell, who managed to turn a plumbing catastrophe into a 1-day complete re-plumb of my house. Their professionalism, dedication to doing it right and jovial attitude was refreshing when faced with this huge dilemma. The technicians were courteous, informative, professional, and honest about work needed/optional. The owner volunteered a very fair price. I’d use them again and recommend them to friends, neighbors, and relatives!

Super courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient! Fixed our multiple water line leaks on a Saturday, at a fair cost, only a couple of hours after calling! So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
