Walter was great! He explained in detail each option for the best repair for our slow leak and were here fir each appointment as scheduled. I was in the loop of what was going to happen at each stage and if I had questions, they were answered. Great Service 👍

Owner refused to give me an estimate because I left a bad review 5 years ago (they did not show on the day they promised). Who wants to take a day off work only to get canceled and then have to take another day off? So now I'M THE BAD GUY!! They could be the best plumbers ever but with customer service like that who needs them! My advice is to go find a reliable company.

They must not need any new customers, since they don't return calls. I called twice last week, leaving messages with Pam, and no one has ever called me back.

What a pleasant experience in the midst of hail damage and countless repair calls! Zoom Drains showed up almost immediately after my call. The technicians were courteous, informative, professional, and honest about work needed/optional. The owner volunteered a very fair price. I’d use them again and recommend them to friends, neighbors, and relatives!
