I did a google search for a friend in Dallas who needed plumbing service. I stumbled across Koen Plumbing company and had to give them a call on behalf of my friend. They gave a timeline to show up and fix the issue and they turned up as promised.

I called then and they came out the next day to give me a free estimate. They were very nice, punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. The worker and owner went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. Their prices are very, very reasonable and they did a wonderful job. I'm saving their number for next time!! So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
