Mike was my tech. He was very professional. Explained what he was doing and was very courteous and knowledgable. I highly recommend Mike to repair any plumbing issues you might encounter. I called and requested Mike to come out. Mike came out explained about my water heater which had been replaced 7 years ago. He explained how to drain the water heater without flushing or replacing. Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

Friendly, fair and above all honest! Tells it like it is and always offers all solutions that fix the issue, and not just the most expensive. Gave us several option for replacing our water heater, and as usual area was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. Micahs is ALWAYS our first call!

Dishwasher was having trouble draining for a couple day, then suddenly the washing machine stopped draining - was concerned about a possible drain issue. Called based on reviews here, was told $59 to dispatch and then an estimate is given, and that applies to the services if done, was told next day at noon was first option available, which I liked as that gave me a chance to troubleshoot the washing machine and call off the service call if I found the problem. Lo and behold, like less than an hour later, someone is at my door. Show him the drain, he says, likely not it, puts the washing machine hose down the drain to run for two minutes, says drain is fine - okay, was weird coincidence, but we'll take it. Says it's got to be something with the washing machine. So 10 minutes after his arrival, his rapid departure. An hour or so later I have the washer disassembled, and found the pump motor burned out. The next morning, another guy shows up - not at noon, but first thing. Tell him they already sent someone. Figure that's the end of that, await a bill for the previous day's service call. Well that ten minutes turned out to be $160. That is not value, and it's not particularly up front. Did not arrive when scheduled, and overcharged at that. Would not use again nor recommend.

Tom came out and had our problem diagnosed and fixed within the hour. Highly recommend.
