The technician was punctual, professional, and explained everything to me. The cost was significantly lower than two other estimates. I didn't think this kind of service existed anymore, and I was pleasantly surprised.

Called and they were responsive. Took photos from me as input in scheduling appt. They were able to squeeze me in a day early. Introduced tech (Lucas Kernan) in text message with pic prior to arrival. Lucas (+ Cody Stewart ) arrived with my pics on his iPad and quickly proceeded to resolve problem. Was efficient and effective treated my home as if it was his own. Able to handle payment in the field, and reverted with digital invoice and all photos and data I need for a claim. I contacted Legacy Plumbing last week for an unknown leak in our guest bathroom. Enoch was the name of a the plumber who came out to quickly identify and resolve the issue. He was very courteous and professional and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend him for the job if you have any plumbing issues. Mike was very professional in explaining what kind of issue we had and actually showed me the issue. He also took the time to show me how to shut off water properly if there are ever issues again. Once job was finished we did discuss replacing water heater at some point and he gave me quote for this. I called this company to get my drain cleaned and they were so helpful! They showed up on time, finished the job fast, and for a cheaper rate than I expected. They had a great customer service policy too.

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

They did some work for us in the fall of last year and a mistake was made that caused a problem this year. When I called them to explain the problem, someone was out within 2 hours. They fixed the problem and did not charge me anything. They stand behind their service.

Micah was able to come out same day and address an issue with a gas control module another company claimed was faulty and needed replacement. Calling Micah’s Honest Plumbing saved me hundreds!

And Bidet Installation

We found a hot spot on our kitchen floor and figured it was a hot water leak under the slab. We called two plumbing companies that we have used in the past. Tom from Pro-Service gave me a price range over the phone. I had to pay the other company to come give me an estimate.

Both of the companies had a similar price range. I choose Pro-Service because we had good success with Tom on some other large projects. They replaced our 75 gallon water heater and ran a gas line for our new cook top when we converted from electric to gas.

The work is done and this repair was not cheap but the price I paid was in the middle of the range Tom told me and less than what the other company would have charged.

I don't wish this on any one. Having a leaking pipe under you slab in your kitchen is not fun. Yes the jack hammer is loud and even though they try to keep the dust down we have lots of concrete dust everywhere. We still have to get our tile guy to replace some kitchen tiles. I am sure that Tom could have gotten a tile guy for us but we already have a tile guy.
