Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Hooray for Rhyan and Dillian who came in to save the save the day! Two days before Thanksgiving, the pipes below our sink in our NEW home suddenly became disassembled while I was washing dishes. I had a FLOODED kitchen and was nearing a nervous breakdown. Our general contractor was out of town but contacted his pals at Triple Crown. Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

We had a plumbing emergency late Saturday evening and called around, Alberto of Lovejoy plumbing took our call a little after midnight and made an appointment to be out 1st thing in the morning, he was a man of his word, he was out early Sunday morning and took care of our broken shower that was leaking water, would highly recommend Alberto and his company and we will definitely use him again if need be.

I have used them several times, to repair leaks and they even installed a new hose bib when my old one broke..... The plumber was very courteous and knowledgeable and each time he does a job, it’s done right the first time...... never had to call him back on a repair....... I will continue using them, very satisfied!

April 2023- Jeff and Andrew were wonderful! Came to the rescue at my parents’ home. Found the leak and repaired it, and installed a new dishwasher. All of their work and communication was very professional and efficient, yet still very personable. We are very thankful for Thorough Plumbing!

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.
