Best Toilet Installation in Plano TX

When we woke up to a notice on our door that there was a gas leak and on our property thus, needing to turn off our gas, we had no idea who to call. I hopped on Nextdoor and saw reviews from other and decided to give The Plumbing Pros a try.

Let me just say, Mike did NOT disappoint! He listened, he was more than on time and came out the same day! Not only was he able to fix our issue same day, he provided really valuable information about the process when it comes to things like this. From initial contact through repair, Mike made this experience seamless! We will always call The Plumbing Pros if we have a plumbing issue.

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Alex and Jason came out on an emergency call Saturday, evaluated our problem...three days later we have a new tankless water heating system in our house! These guys were top notch. They kept me informed, the whole job went quick, and they cleaned up behind themselves! I contacted Plumbing Services to inspect my gas hot water heater, flush out the tank and clean the gas burner - periodic upkeep needed for any hot water heater to keep it functioning properly. Mac was my technician. He obviously had a lot of experience. He was courteous, quick and professional. Jumped right in and did a great job. He had all his tools and equipment ready to go at the end of the job and left the place clean and tidy. My previous long-time plumber retired so I've been asking about a new one. A friend recommended Plumbing and I'm glad he did. They're my new plumbers from now on.

Its Annie and I am not a paid spokes person but a very satisfied customer of Gem. They have worked for us for years. They are reasonably priced, and always arrive on time and prepared. They are trustworthy and really nice people and I have recommended them many times. They have solved all of our plumbing needs in our home for many years.

I highly recommend Alberto at Lovejoy Prime Plumbing. He is an expert at what he does and he does it flawlessly. During 2020-21 he has completely redone the plumbing in 4 of our bathrooms. 2 tubs, 4 shower systems, 4 toilets, 5 sinks and moved drains. He has also replaced our leaky outdoor faucet and repaired a burst pipe. I wouldn’t call anyone else. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He’s gone above and beyond what I would expect him to do to keep my job moving forward. (As for the recent negative review - don’t judge too harshly, this has been a rough year and you don’t know other’s circumstances.)

I woke up to a fast leaking water heater and called one plumbing company. They told us they could not get to us for 3-4 days. I called 1st Plumber Allen TX and they were able to make it out within 2 hours. Their plumber was very informative and went over several options. He answered my questions and even explained what happened and what he will have to do, thoroughly, before he began to work. Service was prompt and pleasant. I would recommend them based off my experience.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.
