Chris came out and gave a bid to replace the cast iron under our house. He was very thorough and professional. Made sure everything was explained clearly. We haven't moved forward with the process yet, but I expect the quality would be exceptional. I have seen a neighboring house and their work on-site was very impressive.

I called to ask if he serviced the Dallas area because my company wanted to partner for a launch and send our new customers his way, however, he called me a b*tch and said many other curse words. Our customers will be sent else where. Never have I ever heard someone in business speak that way. Do NOT get a service from this imbecile. He is rude and has a nasty attitude and tasteless language!

This company called ahead to give me at ETA and ID info of the tech Juan Morales before his arrival. He came exactly on time and wore a mask during the entire job. His assignment was to repair a long-standing problem (no pun intended), replacing a 6-foot section of a stopped up/slow draining pipe inside a kitchen wall... a pretty big job. The repair was pricey, but the drain works well enough now, but I happy with the work and would invite this company back again. ;-)

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

We are happy we chose 1st Plumber Allen TX because of their exceptional communication abilities, promptness, and honesty. I was very satisfied and would utilize them again if I had any plumbing problems!

I had a good experience with Sapphire last year. Unfortunately, when I contacted them regarding the same problem that happened 6 months after repair, they stopped responding to my voicemails or messages.

Update: The work was started per management company request and continued as an individual owner order. They should still respond to multiple messages from someone who had business with them before

My shower water lost pressure, called Chad and he had his crew out same day. His crew came in and found the shower head was clogged. My Dad put new shower head on and used to much tape which was in the head. His crew was pleasant and eager to please. I was shocked when the crew was ready to leave and would not charge me. What company do you know conducts business like this these days? I insisted on paying and the crew would not accept. Not due to the no charge but this is how you build a customer base who will give you repeat business. When I texted Chad to inquire further, his reply was simple, “happy to help.” Impressive. Good customer service and a company with integrity who is beyond fair with the customer. You got my vote CPR!

We had extensive damage to our home from the Texas Deepfreez and had to have considerable plumbing repairs. Aaron from Streamline plumbing was the professional we used. Very efficient, punctual , professional and polite. Rates were very competitive and the work was high quality. In fact we were so impressed with Aaron's work we just had him install a new hot water tank!

Reece did awesome. He fielded all of my questions challenges…I’ve had unfortunate experiences with other teams plumbing services and wanted to make certain this way would work. Reece took the time to consider my opinions, but also respectfully shared other ways a solution could be done. They knew their codes and standards and left everything completed and clean. Wow I'm so very happy about choosing BILLYGO PLUMBING!!! We first called to get an estimate and they sent Keith out which by the way needs a significant raise because he was courteous, upfront, knowledgeable and everything else that's great about a very good business! We had gotten other estimates but y'all couldn't be beat! Then y'all sent Jorge which we feel the same way about him as we do Keith!!! Then we decided to use y'all and the crew y'all led by Jeff was outstanding and professional! I could go on but I think y'all get it that WE RECOMMEND BILLYGO PLUMBING!
