Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I woke up to a fast leaking water heater and called one plumbing company. They told us they could not get to us for 3-4 days. I called 1st Plumber Allen TX and they were able to make it out within 2 hours. Their plumber was very informative and went over several options. He answered my questions and even explained what happened and what he will have to do, thoroughly, before he began to work. Service was prompt and pleasant. I had a good experience with Sapphire last year. Unfortunately, when I contacted them regarding the same problem that happened 6 months after repair, they stopped responding to my voicemails or messages.

Update: The work was started per management company request and continued as an individual owner order. They should still respond to multiple messages from someone who had business with them before

Emergencies happen, CPR Plumbing Service came to our rescue! We had turned on the faucet and was surprised by lack of pressure and quickly realized there was a leak and it was draining inside the house! I called CPR Plumbing Services, they made sure I knew how to turn the water off to prevent further damage and then arrived in about 15 minutes. They quoted me a price range and fixed the pipe within the wall in less than an hour. I couldn't believe how fast Taylor was at the repair and when finished I was told it would only cost the lower price from the price range that I was initially quoted.
