Update: 2 weeks after my yard leak was fixed I had an upstairs sink not draining. Checked underneath and spotted multiple leaks. Michael came out the next morning, diagnosed the initial issue that caused the sink to back up (the sink shares a drain line with AC and there was a bad algae buildup) fixed the blocked, and multiple bad fittings under the sink to stop all the drips caused by bad work from previous handyman.

I highly recommend using this company.

Very unprofessional and dishonest. I got charged 325.00$ for unclogging and video inspect ( listed in my invoice). But when i asked for the result of camera service to know exactly situation of my pipe. They answered that it was ALL BLACK???. My house was 1983. However, as we can seen on HGTV, there was a lot of older houses but plumbers still possible to inspect the pipe through camera. They suggested me to replace my WHOLE drainage system with over 33.000$ service. I asked them that I need to know the exactly situation of my pipe before fixing or replacing anything, if it was broken, at least i need to know what part was damaged. They asked me have to set up another appointment to do the camera service AGAIN and have to pay additional 199.00$. I won't pay twice for the same service. I also afraid that i will get the same result for the camera service which is All Black. This raised a question that did the plumbers really did what they charged me at the first time ( unclogging and service camera). Stay away from them.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

After a roofing job which was good, a bathroom sink was plugged up. We tried varioua methods of opening the drain however nothing worked. We had used AAA Augur before had a few certificates and so went to the phone. Carla did a great job of fielding the call and within a short time Juan showed up. Went to the drain, quoted the price and I said ok. In short order the drain was opened. He cleaned up the area to spotless including the sink. We paid him; had good conversation with him as he worked and after. We appreciate a friendly experienced tech and an understanding company, particularly at my 89 years of age.

The actual plumber was knowledgeable and very professional. The call center was the issue. Gave me a 8-10 window and had not called me by 9:40. I had to call and push for service. I did not appreciate that.

Roto-Rooter did a great job. We had a clogged kitchen sink and called them the same day. Jeffrey came by and fixed the problem. He was very kind, courteous, and followed through with safe Covid practices. After fixing our clog, he also identified that we should probably have a camera guy come by and take a look to see if there are any further issues (free and part of the service!) We agreed and he setup the next appointment. Within the next few days Joe came by and ran the camera through the sewer line. Joe was also very nice and knowledgeable. He gave us suggestions on how to get rid of calcium build up and identified that the city needed to come out and clean out their line. Both Jeff and Joe were great and knowledgeable. They were able to identify issues quickly and had answers to getting them resolved. If you want quick, quality service from a knowledgeable team, be sure to give these guys a call.

I highly recommend the entire team at Zoom Drain Plumbing Co.! It's a family owned business. They replaced the sewer line for my house, cleared the city inspection, and cleaned up! Truly exceptional customer service, high quality, and professional work!
I had four other companies to work on the sewer system cleaned up and no one could complete this job properly. Roby, the owner's son, cleared the clogged pretty quick, which previous companies couldn't.
The owner Robert and technician David explained the work to be done clearly (with pictures and videos), were responsive when I had questions and showed up exactly when they said that they would. If you need sewer line replacement or service, look no further, this is your company.
