Best Routine Drain Cleaning in Plano TX

I have used In-House Plumbing Company several times, and had been recommended to use them by my home's previous owner. They continue to be punctual, responsive, work very quickly, and explain fully all the things I need to know about the job. I appreciate that they give me options for how I want to continue with a job in progress when they come to a fork in the road, and that they educate me about what is best for my systems.

Chuck replaced two toilets and the kitchen faucet in our home. I have used him before and have been very pleased with his work ethic, professional demeanor, and the spotless cleanup he did after completing each system. He was very careful to protect the floors and other surfaces. I appreciate the care he took in our home as he went about this job. He ensured that I knew how to shut off the water for both toilets. I don't ever recall any other plumber providing such a detail. He picked up both toilets from the vendor and he checked the products before he left the big box store. I had mentioned to him before he picked up that I was a bit concerned about damage since the boxes were a little beat up. He was kind enough to assuage my concerns. I highly recommend Chuck with Best Quality Plumbers. I have no doubt that he will do a stellar job.

Plumber came out on 3/28 and did not have the necessary tools to do the leak detection tests that we had requested when we scheduled the appointment. Was told we would receive a call from the office to schedule the test. We did not receive a call so we followed up and set up an appointment for 4/4 for the leak test. Arrival window was 10-1. I received a text at 11:55 that the plumber was en route. I left work and came home and waited. Plumber never showed. Called the office at 12:55 and was told plumber was still at another job. Paid for a trip on 3/28 in which the plumber did nothing because he didn't bring the equipment to do the test that we told him we needed, and I wasted lots of time waiting around for a plumber to not call and not show. When you call the office no one seems to no what is going on. Would not recommend.

Dean's did a great job for me with a main line clean out. They communicated well, even via e-mail, and were up front about the pricing estimate over the phone and in person. They were also able to get me in on a day when I called 6 other plumbers and none of them could get to me that day. Further, they went out of their way for no extra charge (and an extra trip out) to try to find a ground-accessible clean-out to avoid a more expensive approach via the roof. Thanks to Sarah Dean for coordinating the service.

Sam was awesome! His team came in, diagnose the problem, brought any new tank and installed it in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely use the plumbing house again for both business and personal. Thanks guys.

Didn’t show up for their appt. They called twice a half an hr AFTER time window they reserved. I didn’t answer because it was an unknown number and they didn’t tell me they would be calling before they came out. So they just ghosted! After I called later to see what happened, now they won’t fit me in the schedule until next week! Rude, unprofessional and just poor business practice. Apparently they have too many customers because they sure weren’t trying to earn my business!

I highly recommend the entire team at Zoom Drain Plumbing Co.! It's a family owned business. They replaced the sewer line for my house, cleared the city inspection, and cleaned up! Truly exceptional customer service, high quality, and professional work!
I had four other companies to work on the sewer system cleaned up and no one could complete this job properly. Roby, the owner's son, cleared the clogged pretty quick, which previous companies couldn't.
The owner Robert and technician David explained the work to be done clearly (with pictures and videos), were responsive when I had questions and showed up exactly when they said that they would. If you need sewer line replacement or service, look no further, this is your company.

Auger Pros got me in when no one else would even take my call. They came out, did a great job to fix what was necessary, gave me reasonable quotes to do some additional work later, and left everything clean when they were done. Highly recommend them!
