Terrific service! I needed a sink drain cleared and our tankless water heater descaled and flushed. Jeromey and Tim from O’Bryan arrived first appointment of the day and solved both problems. They were professional and explanatory, cleaning up everything before leaving. Great service at a fair price from a local company who wants your repeat business. What a relaxing experience. From begining to end there was great communication and excellent customer service. Master plumber Bruce engineered and delivered the solution for our sewer line replacement project and provided invaulable advise on options so I could make the best decisions. Bruce was on time, kept my project on schedule, and explained all the work that would be performed. The work performed exceeded my expectations and delivered at a fair price. I will recommend QHR Leak and Line to all my friends and associates.

I don’t ever put a review like this, but need to warn others before they experience what we had experienced.

Scheduled an appointment for them to come out and look at the quality of their work on a Tradition Home that was built less than 2 years ago. We had shower leaks, busted pipes, and faucets needing minor adjustments. All they had to do was come and look and give estimates, but they’ve cancelled on us 4 times. Spoke to Mike Dickerson (warranty department) and he keeps on telling us that they have other priorities above ours and that is why they need to push ours back.

On the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th reschedules; he said that it’s best that we call another plumbing company to go fix our issues instead. Yes, call somebody else to fix the plumbing job that they had worked on prior?

Usually a man’s word is good, but not with them. Not professional and inconsiderate of peoples time.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
