I chose Amundson after reading all of the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. We had our water heater die unexpectedly- I emailed them in the evening and gotna response first thing in the morning, and a service tech came out that afternoon. He talked me through my options and was very kind and helpful. They were even able to replace the water heater the same day. Prices were very reasonable, and service was top notch. Can't recommend enough!

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Hooray for Rhyan and Dillian who came in to save the save the day! Two days before Thanksgiving, the pipes below our sink in our NEW home suddenly became disassembled while I was washing dishes. I had a FLOODED kitchen and was nearing a nervous breakdown. Our general contractor was out of town but contacted his pals at Triple Crown. Within 70 minutes, our issue was resolved, and it definitely did not cost a fortune. Thank you so much Triple Crown Plumbing - R and D - the best plumbing pros around!

GEM Plumbing Company in Allen, certainly has the best plumber in this area. Stan is extremely professional and detailed in his work. I have recommended him to all our friends, and they are impressed. He has worked on our toilets, faucets and hot water heater. The hot water heater was an enormous job and this was completed in a timely manner. Every experience we have had with GEM Plumbing was completed with exceptional results. His customer service is the best!

Mr James did an excellent job on my garbage disposal! It was a mess! The old homeowners left a mess. Anyway, Mr. James was patience, and he explained everything. He came in and got straight to work! Great food

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. They will get all my business in the future.

Rip you off

My family has used casto leak detection for the last year and half or so and have had nothing but great experiences with Brian and his team of plumbers. They found and repaired two leaks, replaced a leaking faulty water heater and a few other small repairs. Prices are great,they always call back and stand behind their work with knowledge and experience. Definitely will recommend to any and all family or friends in the area.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

I had a good experience with Sapphire last year. Unfortunately, when I contacted them regarding the same problem that happened 6 months after repair, they stopped responding to my voicemails or messages.

Update: The work was started per management company request and continued as an individual owner order. They should still respond to multiple messages from someone who had business with them before

CPR Plumbing Services saved me $600 on my last water heater problem. Chad and his staff have excellent abilities in reading blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the correct layout of plumbing systems; planning, installing and servicing plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls.

Ryan and his assistant(sorry, can't remember his name) did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept us up to date on the progress. Everything is working and we are pleased.

I really appreciate Marco helping me out with this whole ordeal. I am a bit disappointed with Dotty? The lady who spoke with me on the phone. She never sent in a schedule request to have an inspector from the city come by my house like she said. The technicians did come by periodically the same day as the supposed appt. Once I called the city I figured out what went wrong and thankfully the city had squished me in. Other than that mishap I am pleased with the service of this company.
