Best Repair Job in Plano TX

Worst people to call for a quick repair. Not only did they charge $199.00 for after hours call, they wanted to charge additional $650 for two joints soldered. I had no issue with $199 for after hours call, but charging $650 for at most $100 of parts does not make sense. Now i have to get someone else and get this done. Never call these people. Fixed it with $32 of parts from Home Depot. See the latest from these guys in the attached screenshot.

Best plumbing service received! Shawn called in advance, had answers to all my questions, spent time and explained in details. It was a major repair after the winter storm. Extremely happy with the quality of work and attitude.

Tank Yankers installed a tankless in the attic about 7 years ago. We are now having work done in the bathroom below. We noticed that we had no hot water after a couple days of jack hammering so I got Tank Yankers out to see what the problem was. I thought maybe the vibration something loosened but besides that we needed it cleaned. They were very helpful with information after they descaled the unit and figured out it was because the shower unit either wasn't installed correctly that caused a cross looping of water or that it just needed to be finished out. We called the contractor that evening to have him fix the problem. We think with all the good info from Tank Yankers that it might have saved a headache down the road when the tile was sealed up around the shower control. One thing I might suggest is that before jumping the gun and naming all the possible problems it could be that is causing the lack of hot water, because honestly I was scared I was about to be taken, that the situation was looked at first to see what was going on. I know my husband had these guys over a few times in the past and was happy with their work, but I was unfamiliar with them and was a little bit barraged with questions and possible problems in the beginning. In the end these guys were great. They did what I needed and more. I was happy with the service.

Not professional at all , as of the client need them to explain and describe the issue not by guessing , ?????? I paid 300$ to get know the the leak detection and tell me what’s exact issue not by assuming . Not satisfied

Dean's installed a new hot water heater for us. The old one was super old so it took a lot to bring the new one up to code. Dean's stuck to their original estimate even though they had to eat some unexpected costs. I'm very impressed by their professionalism, quality and integrity. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Mike and Gerald from Legacy Plumbing removed my old water heaters, installed new ones, tested the system making sure all bathrooms and kitchen worked smoothly. They were very courteous, professional and their customer service was outstanding. As a result of their professionalism I wasn’t without water for a very long time. They cleaned up after themselves (much better than I could have). I did purchase their maintenance plan which gives me a great sense of peace of mind. I also feel like I paid a fair price for the work and products. This is my go to Plumbing Co. and I will highly recommend the company to everyone.

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

Tex was great to deal with. I liked that I get to deal with the master plumber/owner. Tex is knowledgeable and has lots of experience in the field. He worked with me to set a time and he was on time and was very helpful to fix our plumbing problem. Thank you!

Friendly, fair and above all honest! Tells it like it is and always offers all solutions that fix the issue, and not just the most expensive. Gave us several option for replacing our water heater, and as usual area was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. Micahs is ALWAYS our first call!

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
