We've been using Devard's for HVAC, plumbing, and electric for way over twenty years. They are perfect. You wish all businesses you dealt with were as competent, responsible, prompt, courteous, and honestly businesslike as Devard's.

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. They will get all my business in the future.

We had a simple drainage problem here and I thought they would give me a fair price but that's what I get for assuming. They worked about 40 minutes had the drain cleared didn't have to get on the rooof and charged me $245. I'm feeling ripped off. I told him Google estimated the price to be between $100 and $250 and that I guess they charge the highest rate... he's like I guess so. WHATEVER. I will look elsewhere next time.

My hot water heater froze during the snow storm of 2021. Even during the chaos following the storm, Four Stars was very responsive and worked to fit me into the schedule within a reasonable time frame. They let me know when they needed to change the schedule and the plumbers dispatched were friendly and professional.

My Review is organic. i never got paid to leave reviews like others here on this company profile. From top to bottom ,Allen the owner, Carri the receptionist and their technicians, these guys are super unprofessional. Unfortunately, i called this company 8 months ago to replace my working but old water heater, they come in and change it and since then i had to have them to come in and fix the brand new water heater over 10 times. the technician showed up and had attitude with our building concierge and the management fined me $500 for his misconduct and i had to pay the electrician $400 to come twice to verify the wiring and he confirmed that there was no problem with wiring and finally they changed the water heater again and this time they blamed it on breaker and the wires again and they said there is no power. The technician Jeremy and Zack has no clue how to use multimeter. Once my electrician connected the wires correctly, the water heater start to work perfectly. now i am dealing with a leak and a broken door. again last time they left their tools at the property. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. YOU END UP PAYING MORE AND BEING FRUSTRATED and possibly fired from your job because you have to stay home till they show up. If there were Zero Star, i would have given them 0 Star. They don't check their work and as a result they have to come back all the time. Super incompetent and no work ethic what so ever.

Sam was awesome! His team came in, diagnose the problem, brought any new tank and installed it in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely use the plumbing house again for both business and personal. Thanks guys.

Licensed, bonded and insured, Pure dispatched plumbers Jordan and Uriel who were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Fairly expensive project, but worth the cost.
