I called in and Triple Crown had me scheduled on the same day. Richard G. was assigned to my job and sent me a text when he would be at the house. When he got within 10 minutes of my house, he called just as I had requested. He arrived right on time. He listened to my explanation of the clogged drain symptoms and thought it through. He gave me two options and told me the cost of each. He got on the roof and unclogged the drain within a half an hour. Prompt, courteous, and honest. Top notch plumber.

We were renovating our house for sale this past Spring and Stan easily worked around the erratic schedules of several other contractors. He removed and then later re-installed our pedestal sink and toilet to allow us to put in new flooring, he put in a new sink facet, fixed a broken outside facet and more. He was a pleasure to work with and I had no problem coordinating the work with him via text and phone.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. Last Sunday evening (Labor Day weekend), I called CPR because water from my air conditioning draining kept backing up due to a previous plumber blocking the drain pipe outlet when he installed a new sink in the bathroom. I had never done business with CPR before and Chad said he would be there in 20 minutes, which he was. Chad redid the bathroom sink drainage and now my AC drains properly. Extremely pleased with CPR. Willing to help a new customer on a holiday weekend at a reasonable price. Polite over the phone and on the job site. Will use them for my future plumbing needs. Many thanks again to Chad.

I've used Texas Plumbing on several occasions, most recently last October, 2015, and they have always done a good job. They have fixed dripping hose bibs, snaked out the main line, and replaced washer hose bibs.They recommended against something I wanted done as it would not have been cost-effective.

Al and his team helped me replace a water heater. They were extremely helpful navigating issues with my home warranty company, notified me with any updates and were always willing to accommodate any of my requests. Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

Randy is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional plumber. He is always on time, and calls right before he arrives. Wont be using anyone else but him.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.
