Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Great service and they use technology to communicate very well. I had an after hours call and the price seemed reasonable and the work was done quickly and well. The two plumbers that worked on my issue were very personable.

My daughter broke her shower handle on Super Bowl Sunday. We had to shut the water off to the whole house. I called a different plumber to come out the next morning. They never showed up. LUCKILY, after the no-show we called Gem Plumbing. Stan answered and I went into my story. He let me know that he wouldn’t be able to come out that day but started asking me questions about the situation. Stan ended up speaking with my husband and walked him through fixing it! Gem Plumbing is now saved in my phone and will always be my go to. Amazing customer service and just a great person!

They were extremely helpful navigating issues with my home warranty company, notified me with any updates and were always willing to accommodate any of my requests. Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

I have called these guys twice and every time they have been super friendly and punctual. I had a clogged up sink in my upstairs bathroom and they showed up, fixed it and left. Their price is very competitive and I completely trust that they are not going to try and price gouge me. They put suggestions about needing to replace my faucet without trying to high pressure sell my wife. I highly recommend them!!

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

Moving into an older home with two massive water heaters from a newer house with a tankless one posed a challenge. Tex was the only one who didn't show any negativity about our desire to switch to a tankless heater when I was shopping around. He efficiently guided us through the process, getting us the largest 'Navien' tankless water heater and attic plumbing rerouting.
