Absolutely top shelf service. I called several times with tons of questions before committing & never did he tire of answering my questions. Very honest & up front. I was calling on behalf of a loved one who needed a new water heater & ended getting one myself as a preventive since mine was manufactured in 2009.
Both replacements were done in a timely, professional manner within the quoted price. I was quite impressed & that's not easy to do.

Plano got hit by a snowstorm and my Tankless hot water heater quit making hot water. They came when they said they would and got everything running again on President’s day. These guys rock.

I have had several plumbing events over the last few years and I've used Smith and Son's plumbing every time. These guys are a local business and were originally referred to me on our neighborhood Nextdoor app. The owner Rick was very responsive and communicated directly with me and always answers every question you may have prior to beginning a project. Their rates/prices are extremely fair and over the years i have had a couple different technicians come to the house. They were extremely skilled and very professional. Rick's team always seem to be able to solve the problem very quickly and have resolved my clogged pipe issues on several occasions to my complete satisfaction.

If you have any sort of plumbing needs, don't hesitate to call these guys, for a quick resolution at a fair price. I will continue to use Smith and Son's plumbing for all of my future plumbing related issues.

Paige (dispatch) and Jason (plumber) were both amazing throughout my experience with ENCO. Not only was the quoted price better than others' in the area and they were able to get me an appointment within two days, Jason went above and beyond to complete my job (pipe was screwed on so tightly that it took extra work & tools just to get it off), at no additional cost. He even made sure that brand new parts I purchased previously were retained. Then, when it came time to pay (the exact original estimate at that!) Paige was quick to provide confirmation right away. I would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends, and I'd definitely hire them again. Thanks Jason and Paige!

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .

Micah was able to come out same day and address an issue with a gas control module another company claimed was faulty and needed replacement. Calling Micah’s Honest Plumbing saved me hundreds!

Tenant occupied property. Danny came out to check the leak due to frozen pipe. He had everything opened up and I asked him for a quote and neither him nor Debbie gave me a quote for the repair before proceeding with making the repair. Now I’m getting hit with a four hundred plus dollar bill for the repair. I will pay them but prospective clients beware. Not a good business practice at all.

We had a slab leak on Friday night, our first house and we didn't know what to make out of the water leaking from the foundation. We had the city switch the water line to our house for the night. I called Plano Plumbing on Saturday morning and Jack was at our house in 30 mins to do the leak detection. He came as a savior when needed and as an experienced leak detector, found the type of leak and provided suggestions on what will be needed. He offered us an estimate but also asked us to check around to compare. We were lucky that he had a slot available for Monday morning and we blocked that to fix our problem.

The crew was at our house right at the time and setting up everything required. Jack suggested rerouting the hot water line, which was leaking, through the attic and walls. They were spot on with their work, rechecked the leak, verified that there are no other leaks, fixed the leak by rerouting the hot water line in few hours and voila, we finally had water to our house within 2 days.
