Best Plumbers Repair in Plano TX

NTX Elite is a sister company and they’re the Worst company ever!! They obviously don’t understand the importance of good customer service and doing a good job in a TIMELY manner. They won’t return calls to a friend of ours who has given them plenty of money and have been out of their home for MONTHS...

Do NOT hire this contractor or use their plumbing company!!!!

Long story short....outdoor faucet failed and started gushing water both outside and inside the wall. Called and spoke with Shannon and explained the situation and she was able to get us taken care of the same day (which was amazing especially as several other plumbing companies said it would be several days before they could come and fix).

Jeff got here quickly and was able to explain what happened and what needed to be done to fix it in very simple terms that made it easy to follow and feel confident that it was being taken care of correctly.

In our case, it was a manufacturers defect and Jeff gave us pictures and a write up that will help us get a reimbursement from the manufacture.

Need a plumber, give them a call!

I called several companies to come out last night because my tub faucet would not turn off. When I contacted Mr. Rooter they took my information and within 10 minutes a service tech Matthew G. called me back and said he had just finished a job and would head my way in 30. He showed up promptly and was very pleasant to speak to. I can say when you think of a plumber, you don't think of one showing up looking so Dapper. He shut my water off, repaired my tub faucet, turned water back on without issue. Great tech! Great fast service! Would highly recommend and will use in the future as needed!

Really excited when I found out this plumber did water heater installations. They showed up on time and replaced my old one with a brand new one in no time at all. All in all, I am really happy with the service and have no complaints...I definitely recommend them!

As always, I am totally satisfied with the work completed by Watermark. They are upfront and timely in all repairs. I know I may be able to find cheaper repairs elsewhere, but it’s worth spending a little more to get quality service and work!
