Aaron was great! He took time to thoroughly diagnose potential problems, explain everything he found, and walk us through what needed to be done prospectively. Pricing very reasonable also. Overall great experience!

Honest plumbers, I have been thru many many plumbers and these guys were fantastic. They gave me a price and honored it. Highly recommend them for small repairs since I used them for my rental property. A+ fast and quick.

Randy came out the day I called and got the job done quickly and professionally. He even took a look at my clogged AC line as a courtesy but wasn't able to do anything with it (which is totally fine as that requires another specialized set of tools).

The reason I am leaving a 2 star review is due to the cost. Because Randy is very good at what he does it only took him 15 minutes to replace my thermostat (a $20 part on Amazon). $325 dollars later I realized I'm in the wrong profession. Maybe I'll start my own water heater fixing company so i can also make $1000 plus as my effective hourly rate...

I want to reiterate that Randy is a great guy and did a great job. I also realize not everyone would be comfortable doing what he did, but I could have easily done it myself in 30 minutes which includes the time it takes to research how to fix it. I know any form of home maintenance service is going to be very expensive, but this just seemed excessive, hence the review.

Tex was great to deal with. I liked that I get to deal with the master plumber/owner. Tex is knowledgeable and has lots of experience in the field. He worked with me to set a time and he was on time and was very helpful to fix our plumbing problem. Thank you!

I had some plumbing issues and Chance came out and got everything fixed and explained everything that he was doing. I was even able to talk the manager Will about everything that was going on. The dispatch named Angie that I talked to was the sweetest, respectful, helpful lady I had the pleasure with being in the phone while everything that was going on. They will be having my business from here on out.

I needed help with a toilet installation, and based on two separate plumbing issues that were both corrected by Plano Plumbing and Leak Detection, I knew who I would ask for help. Once again, wonderful service, with respectful plumbers who verified what the issue was, described what they would do, and then just did their work. Excellent clean up.
