Best Kitchen Plumbing Leak in Plano TX

Had a yard leak and he located and fixed super fast. Will definitely use again.

Update: 2 weeks after my yard leak was fixed I had an upstairs sink not draining. Checked underneath and spotted multiple leaks. Michael came out the next morning, diagnosed the initial issue that caused the sink to back up (the sink shares a drain line with AC and there was a bad algae buildup) fixed the blocked, and multiple bad fittings under the sink to stop all the drips caused by bad work from previous handyman.

I highly recommend using this company.

My daughter broke her shower handle on Super Bowl Sunday. We had to shut the water off to the whole house. I called a different plumber to come out the next morning. They never showed up. LUCKILY, after the no-show we called Gem Plumbing. Stan answered and I went into my story. He let me know that he wouldn’t be able to come out that day but started asking me questions about the situation. Stan ended up speaking with my husband and walked him through fixing it! Gem Plumbing is now saved in my phone and will always be my go to. Amazing customer service and just a great person!

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

Staggs Plumbing was extremely responsive to my service call and very helpful in answering my questions. They provided upfront pricing for the repair at the time of the estimate. Josh and Matt walked me through each option that we had for repair of our slab leak. Staggs Plumbing did a great job in the repair that involved tunneling under the foundation to reach the leak. Josh oversaw the repair work and ensured that everything was done efficiently and accurately.

I would like to thank AAA plumbing for their quick response during Saturday and sending professional and friendly plumber Frederick for solving our issue quickly. We had blocked sewer and spilling of sewer water in our front yard. Frederick was quick in identifying issue and thorough in solving the issue. He took ample time to do his job perfectly. Had CPR plumbing out to take a look at some goofy work some contractors had done in constructing my outdoor kitchen. After reviewing the work and confirming my fears that the plumbing was second rate, Chad quoted a fair price to plumb the sink and finished the entire process in under 3 days. This in comparison to the 60 day odyssey that I had been taken on to get to the point of having to call in CPR. If you want the job done and done right I'd suggest giving these guys a call.

I had a hot mess! Literally! Hot water pipe gave under the house. Aaron came to the rescue and got it fixed within a day. Very polite and professional. Most of all, he was honest. Thanks Aaron!
