Great service and they use technology to communicate very well. I had an after hours call and the price seemed reasonable and the work was done quickly and well. The two plumbers that worked on my issue were very personable.

Fast and friendly from the initial call through the entire process, including keeping me informed with text messages to confirm the appointment. If you want to be treated like you are the only client the company has, call In-House Plumbing. Rick came out to replace a toilet, and was super careful, thorough, and efficient at a very reasonable price. This company sets the bar high for other plumbing firms - you will be highly impressed.

Its Annie and I am not a paid spokes person but a very satisfied customer of Gem. They have worked for us for years. They are reasonably priced, and always arrive on time and prepared. They are trustworthy and really nice people and I have recommended them many times. They have solved all of our plumbing needs in our home for many years.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. They will get all my business in the future.

I am so happy with this company and the plumber. He did an excellent job and the price was great. He also gave me information about the old pipes to my bathtub and gave me an estimate to replace them so the problem wouldn’t happen again. It seems like a very reasonable estimate. I highly recommend this company!!

Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

My favorite new plumber is Staggs Plumbing. I’ve used several other companies since I moved to plano but none of the others comes close to Staggs. Their plumbers are professional and very fast, and affordable.

Eric D. took great care of us! He came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and told me we had a minor gas leak that was making a high pitch noise at the hot water heater. Excellent and quick service!
