Hooray for Rhyan and Dillian who came in to save the save the day! Two days before Thanksgiving, the pipes below our sink in our NEW home suddenly became disassembled while I was washing dishes. I had a FLOODED kitchen and was nearing a nervous breakdown. Our general contractor was out of town but contacted his pals at Triple Crown. Within 70 minutes, our issue was resolved, and it definitely did not cost a fortune. Thank you so much Triple Crown Plumbing - R and D - the best plumbing pros around!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Plumber came out, called supervisor. Supervisor told him to do nothing! Still charged $60. I told scheduler what the issue was in detail. If they weren't going to do anything they should have said so and not come out. But, I guess the chance to collect $60 from disabled senior citizens was too good to pass up!

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. The job is not finished, there are parts to be replaced, they will come back for that. However as a first experience, I’m happy to say that they are very professional and knowledgeable, courteous and respectful to their customers. Offers help without nickilng and diming you to death. He is patient and explains what he needs to do. And, most importantly , why it needs to be done a certain way. But, he will give you options. I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

I have used this company 3 times now after a referral from my insurance company. All 3 plumbers have been very experienced and efficient. However, I came here to write a review for Peter. He diagnosed and repaired a complex problem with tankless water heaters and recirculating pumps that a few other companies didn’t even think to check. He immediately saw the problem, double checked himself with the management, and proceeded to perfectly fix the problem. After months of troubleshooting, one quick visit from Peter and it was a done deal. Thanks Peter and AAA auger. You’ve got my business from now on.

Chad did a great job cleaning the grease that had built up in our kitchen drain. He explained everything and his pricing is great!

Do not work with them if they are contracted by Home Warranty Company. All they care about is if they will get paid through the home warranty, and they make that pretty obvious. If you leave a message, they will not call back. If you can get someone on the phone, they say they will do research, ask the tech who came out, or see if they can get paid through home warranty company, but never call you back. I waited several days for them to contact the home warranty company so I could move forward with my claim, they never contacted the home warranty company because they had no financial incentive to follow-up.

Reece did awesome. He fielded all of my questions challenges…I’ve had unfortunate experiences with other teams plumbing services and wanted to make certain this way would work. Reece took the time to consider my opinions, but also respectfully shared other ways a solution could be done. They knew their codes and standards and left everything completed and clean.
