Chuck has performed multiple water heater repairs, removal, and installs (and a gas check). Chuck squeezed us in last minute (more that once) and did a wonderful job each time. Chuck cares about his customers and reputation. I wont be using anyone else, and suggest the same to who ever is reading this review.

Pipe broke at the connection on my side of the water meter. Called At-Ease about 6pm. Randy and assistant were out next morning and got it fixed. Good work, fast response, fair price.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

Family and locally owned and operated. Had ADA toilet installed and very pleased. I thought the brass flange may need to be replaced, but Jim told me it wasn’t necessary….saved me hundreds of dollars! So appreciate working with an honest business! Highly recommend 4 Star Plumbing!

Good afternoon I am a repeat customer for your company. I've always been given great service.. however this time kinda razzled me. At the end of the day. I am pleased. It seemed to be a hard job this time, however your employees got the job done. Continue great service,nothings free these days ...you do have to pay as well as negotiate for what you want. These men showed up like used car salesmen. Tried to charge me $450 to unclog 1 drain. When I escorted them out of my house they miraculously dropped the price by $300 (which in my opinion was still over charging me) they completed the work. They did a nice job and were very polite but the price gouging and haggling was ridiculous. Will NOT be using roto rooter again.

I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, and the quality of work, performed by Coles Plumbing! The work was done in a timely manner, and I was so glad that I chose this company to do the work my home needed. I would highly recommend them to do any and all plumbing work!

I called this morning at 9 am when I saw water leaking and some buckling of ceramic tiles in my bathroom. I also explained that my water cut off was only the main at the street. They were more than willing to stay on phone and walk me through how to turn it off, put me on the schedule and said they would reach out to their guys to see who could get to me and when. They called me in advance. Chris showed up, and was extremely professional. He was thorough and explained all his findings. I have a leak but it’s so small

Up all your bathroom floor and find this leak, paring me thousands of dollars, but he chose to be an honest professional person and go through all the scenarios, then have me their first time customer discount! I will be using this company in the future and posting on our Nextdoor app. Cheers to an honest company that doesn’t embellish to make a buck. Because in my mind I felt i was going to spend at least a grand today but I spent under 175.00 and he fixed the fill valve thing in my toilet that was another issue!

This company is amazing! The employees are hardworking, professional, and informative. I had a leak from my shower handle. A previous plumber was unable to remove the part due to corrosion and told me the only way to fix it was to cut into the tile and replace the whole valve. Texas Green plumbers, Shay and Aaron, were able to work at the corrosion and successfully remove the part. I am so grateful that they were able to fix the problem with no demolition. Great company and amazing workers!

Danny was great. He was fair and honest with his repair and billing. He did not know it at the time of service, but I am in the contracting service business and know how trades are billed and what is reasonable and customary.
