Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

I had a faucet that wouldn't stop leaking and garbage disposal completely stopped working. The guys came out the next day to inspect the issue. I then scheduled an appointment for a later date for completion. Prior to that date, the leak got worse. Toni, the receptionist, was able to move me up and the guys came back out to resolve the issues. Toni and the guys were all a pleasure to work with and they did an amazing job on keeping you informed on delays and arrival times. I'd definitely use them again.

Earl's Plumbing is fantastic! They installed a tankless water system in our home and came back over the span of 1 month multiple times to help trouble shoot some issues. They did not try to sell us additional services and items. They were absolutely professional and timely in their response.Earl's also sent out a very helpful guide before one of our crazy Texas ice storms. Their email addressed not only things to do to prevent pipes from freezing but trouble shooting tips if something does happen. I have recommended them to many of my friends.

Thank goodness I called ENCO. I had water backup into my shower and tub. ENCO came out right away on a Sunday evening. They found the problem quickly and suggested I call the city in which i live due to the location of the problem. The city came out and agreed they needed to fix the problem. Thanks for saving me money and my Sunday evening.

The employees were professional and on time. They explained our situation to us in a way we could easily understand and then went above and beyond to fix the leak/issues! They were fast and efficient and didn't leave any messes or inconvenience for us. Highly recommend.

First time they sent one person to unclog the kitchen sink drain Jan 28. He tried to clear it from the roof top, and the water appeared to drain properly. I told him to look at underneath the sink and see if he can clear it from that side too. He said that's not his expertise. However, the water started backing up within 1-2 days. I informed the owner about the issue, and he said they will send a crew again and charge by min as job continuation.

Second time, two men crew came on Feb 08, and tried to clear it again from the roof top. Again I explained they need to clean it from underneath the sink. They explained that it doesn't work that way and some times the metal iron pipes rust and could burst! The water drained well briefly, but clogged again within 24 hrs. It was a mess for the last 3.5 weeks.

I lost trust that any new guy I call will tell me stories and goes about doing the same thing. After spending $436 on two failed jobs, and more than a month of mess, finally I rented plumber snake from Home Depot today, and cleared the clog from underneath the sink within 40 min. Totally disappointed and will never recommend Classic Plumbing.

Woke up Friday morning to a pool in my front yard. Main waterline break. Called all the usual suspects and got a variety of VERY scary quotes. In the process found Pure Plumbing through Home Advisors / a.k.a. Angi.com. At first dismissed it when I noticed the review was for Las Vegas. But checked online and found they indeed are now operating here in Plano TX. It was 4:30PM Friday by the time I called them, but they agreed to come take a look and not even call it after-hours. Daron came in, diagnosed, gave me 3-4 options with pros and cons. I chose to run a new line since the old line runs under some massive trees and probably is just waiting to break again in another spot. Their price was a good 20% cheaper than the competition, and they could start right away. A crew showed up next morning 8:30Am and started digging. 40' trench, plus the city, home, and sprinkler system boxes had to be found and exposed. Then Daron showed up and laid down a new line, new valves, new boxes, the whole 9 yards (er.. that's 27 feet, so the whole 13.3 yards).

Couldn't be more pleased with the work. Thank you Daron, I now have a new favorite Plumbing company. And kudos to your trench digging crew, they even removed and re-planted a bush that was too close to the house shutoff valve.
