good honest pricing and they got the job done in no time at all. I called them late on a fri evening as my water heater was leaking and they were out around an hour and a half later with a brand new water heater. I will defo use these guys again in the future

I was trying to replace my leaking water pressure regulator valve myself on Sunday, but run into an dilemma and could not fit the new in. I need to get it done so my family can get water back. I contacted several plumbers to help, and luckily get Wally available on weekend. He is professional, talent, and get job done his good work on Sunday, I asked him to come over today again to fix my backyard leaking garden faucet. He did a good job today again. He has lots of special plumbing tools, which make him to do the plumbing job efficient. Wally is a nice, easy going guy. I recommend him.

Derrick Rabb did a great job. He was very professional and we had an overall good experience. He was straight forward regarding pricing and was able to come earlier than originally scheduled. The cost was more expensive then other plumbing companies, but we appreciated the response time.

I woke up to a fast leaking water heater and called one plumbing company. They told us they could not get to us for 3-4 days. I called 1st Plumber Allen TX and they were able to make it out within 2 hours. Their plumber was very informative and went over several options. He answered my questions and even explained what happened and what he will have to do, thoroughly, before he began to work. Service was prompt and pleasant. I would recommend them based off my experience.

I was terrified of calling a plumber for fear of getting charged $1000 for a 10 minute inspection.
Not only was it not $1000, it SHOULD have been over $500, but they only charged us $250 to inspect our WHOLE HOUSE with their fancy camera equipment, crawl around and check everything, in addition to fixing the original reason for the call (a blocked up sink). We need to have some stuff replaced, but they're working with our insurance company to get it all covered.
Josh was a GREAT plumber, and if we ever need anything in the future, we'll be calling them as soon as possible. The only reason they have 5/5 stars, is because i cant give them 10/10.

Chuck, owner of Best Quality Plumbing, is one of the most professional, kind & considerate individual. He worked over 2 days doing major plumbing work at my residence. He was supposed to be off on Labor Day & that didn’t stop him from coming to my house to resolve an urgent issue. He was even working with an affected arm. I could even see his face grimace with pain but he never complained. He completed what he started. A man of true character & dedication. Highly recommend!!!!

Repair guys were great. Very professional, friendly, kept masks on the entire time and kept me informed and in the loop through the whole process. I'm very impressed.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.
