Benjamin Franklin is where you should call.I’ve had some swell odor issues and some other stopping issues in my house.Setting up an appointment was very easy. Joseph came over and he was very polite and ran some tests but unfortunately we couldn’t determine what it was so he offered me a service by his supervisor.Next week, Mr. Cory Greenwood came over and wow!! He is the man!! He was very very knowledgeable, honest, alerted and cautious with what he was doing. I was very impressed. He would only tell you what needs to be fixed, he won’t try to sell you things that you don’t need just because you have no clue when it comes to plumbing.There are many plumbers that think they’re plumber but this guy here is a real plumber with a heart. He would explain everything to you. He would stick around and clear all your doubts.Benjamin Franklin got another customer for life now.

The job is not finished, there are parts to be replaced, they will come back for that. However as a first experience, I’m happy to say that they are very professional and knowledgeable, courteous and respectful to their customers. The service was scheduled in a fast way according to my needs. I will review again after the job gets completed.

Shower handle broke off on a Sunday morning a few days before Christmas. I've replaced Moen Posi Temp cartridges a few times before and never had an issue but this one was different. The stem had broken off and the cartridge was calcified in the brass valve so I could not get the thing out after an hour of trying. Plus I had to keep our water turned off at the water main because the shower was stuck in the on position. Finally seeing that I was going to make it worse if I screwed it up I looked up plumbers and Chuck was local and highly rated. I called him and left a message and he called me back within an hour or two at the most. A few hours later he was at my house working on the issue. He worked a couple hours to get that cartridge removed without damaging the brass valve and had our shower working great again. Chuck is a great guy and did great work on a Sunday no less. I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

I paid over $300 to detect a leak that was never found. Ended up paying additional money to simply have the piping re-routed and no refund allowed.
