Hooray for Rhyan and Dillian who came in to save the save the day! Two days before Thanksgiving, the pipes below our sink in our NEW home suddenly became disassembled while I was washing dishes. I had a FLOODED kitchen and was nearing a nervous breakdown. Our general contractor was out of town but contacted his pals at Triple Crown. We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

I called 1st Plumber Allen TX and they were able to make it out within 2 hours. Their plumber was very informative and went over several options. He answered my questions and even explained what happened and what he will have to do, thoroughly, before he began to work. Service was prompt and pleasant. I would recommend them based off my experience.

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

The condensation drain below our AC unit was clogged and backing up in the middle of a heat dome/wave. I called STAGGS at 4:50 right after our HVAC people told us we needed a plumber, just before their office closed and STAGGS Plumbing had somebody to my house at 8am the next morning. Ray & Gregg were awesome. They were in and out of the house in an hour, clearing the line. They were so polite, answering all of my curious 10 year old's questions along the way. Last night my kitchen sink backed up when I turn on the garbage disposal I Google Plumber in Wylie and 3 results pop up the other two are close except for Best Quality plumbing is open 24 hours and that's a Godsend. Icalled and left a message in about an hour Chuck called me back and he came to fix my pipes. He spent at least 3 hours cleaning the pipes and I was so happy I told him he is now my plumbery I recommend this company .
