Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Plano TX

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

When I called Joe at Triple Crown Plumbing, for an emergency water issue, he and his crew were at my house immediately. They located and were able to repair the leak. I had a faucet that wouldn't stop leaking and garbage disposal completely stopped working. The guys came out the next day to inspect the issue. I then scheduled an appointment for a later date for completion. Prior to that date, the leak got worse. Toni, the receptionist, was able to move me up and the guys came back out to resolve the issues. Toni and the guys were all a pleasure to work with and they did an amazing job on keeping you informed on delays and arrival times. I'd definitely use them again.

Ryan and his assistant(sorry, can't remember his name) did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept us up to date on the progress. Everything is working and we are pleased.

Chuck has done a great job fixing the plumbing issues that we have had over the years. He has been courteous with us and professional in his work.

3 trips to fix a faucet, first faucet wouldn't turn into the 2nd sink, then the hot water wouldn't come on at all. 3rd trip it was found that a supply line needed to be changed. I was charged $450.00 total.
Kind of excessive since it is my time and inconvenience also.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.
