Best Foundation Leaks in Plano TX

I had a company I was using in the past that did good work for a reasonable price but I just felt the guys doing the work were often rude with no customer relations skills. I had seen in house plumbing ads before and they seem to have good reviews so I gave them a call.I called in house because I was concerned I may have a leak and wanted a test done. I called and they were able to send a plumber out the next day. Rick showed up on time and was very nice and explained the testing process. He came back with the results, no leak. Payment was easy and receipt was emailed.I was pleased with the service and response.

Jeffrey was beyond helpful and offered to come look at our plumbing issue after his closing hours on a Friday. He fixed the problem and didn’t charge us any additional ‘after hours’ fees. Will for sure use him going forward.

CPR was great. The customer service was quick and top-notch. They performed a leak locate for us on a service line very quickly. Will definitely use them in the future for plumbing issues.

They found the leak under the concrete foundation. Repair the broken pipe. They did an excellent job.

I called Cole's plumbing for their services for an inspection on a home I'm hoping to buy. The previous owners hadn't done a sewer line check before they bought it. So I decided I wanted to have a thorough check on it. I called them on Monday and they came out the same day. Tenant occupied property. Danny came out to check the leak due to frozen pipe. He had everything opened up and I asked him for a quote and neither him nor Debbie gave me a quote for the repair before proceeding with making the repair. Now I’m getting hit with a four hundred plus dollar bill for the repair. I will pay them but prospective clients beware. Not a good business practice at all.
