The technician was punctual, professional, and explained everything to me. The cost was significantly lower than two other estimates. I didn't think this kind of service existed anymore, and I was pleasantly surprised.

Our air conditioner quit in the middle of the night and my mom was staying with us. I called Devards and Carlos came out right away and fixed it. He was so kind. Thank you, Carlos, for making sure my mom was comfortable. My husband and I are very grateful.

Water Heater gave up this winter after 10 years of service. I scrambled to find a Plumbing service to avoid cold water. Found Gem Plumbing and placed the call. They were very responsive and scheduled the service for next day. Stan and and his help arrived on time. Looked at the unit and it needed replacement due to internal leak. They went and got the new unit, and the heater was up running within few hours. They explained all the components in the heater. Learned much more about water heater.

Very Thankful for their service. Price is reasonable. Service is great. Courteous and Professional. Absolutely satisfied with quality of work. Saved them as Favorite for my future work need. Will share their info in my network as needed. Thank you Stan for your work and help.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. 3rd day no call.

I have to give my business to another hydrojet company.

They desperately need an office manager and a scheduling assistant or some way to accurately indicate when they will arrive.

Fantastic service by Mr.Wright. He provided an honest assessment of our current system and was able to service one of our AC systems. Very knowledgeable and professional service, I will definitely be using them in the future.

HONEST and RELIABLE! We called Speak’s on a wing and a prayer after many failed attempts at getting our laundry drain flowing. They sent someone the very next day, in the rain, to correct the incorrect 2” pipe replacement, the drains were cleared out and everything was explained in a courteous and professional manner. Oh, and they left everything clean like they were never there! All friends, family, and neighbors will be using Speak’s Plumbing.

Spent over $8000 total and still ended up with a sewage smell in the house. Had to find someone else because they kept lying about someone being sent out and no one ever came.

Robert was very responsive and quickly came out when we had a plumbing issue at our home. He took the time to carefully investigate what the issue was and he explained it to me so well. I appreciated that very much as he took time to tell me what the problem was and what the options were to solve and repair the problem. He completed his work and he was so kind to explain all of it to me. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will call them again, it is an honest and caring company.

Ray was incredibly professional. He did a great job with my bathroom sink and was prompt and efficient. I highly recommend and will only use Ray moving forward. 5 stars all the way around.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
