While the guys who came were professional, the prices quoted were considerably higher than other licensed plumbing companies and the finishing of the job wasn't the best.

Absolutely incompetent or just criminals. Please do not use these guys. I called them instead of my normal plumber because these guys were readily available on an urgent repair. They recommending replacing the sewer line in the yard which was already PVC (which I was unaware of), which of course did not fix the issue but they happily charged me $5.5 K, - the issue was the cast iron piping underneath the house. I wasn't made aware at the time that the repair would stop at the house so several weeks later, when the same back up happens, they informed me of the house to alley mis repair but then stated I likely had two problems. Of course the plumber that diagnosed the issue is no longer an employee for them. Great. How is it they have so many positive reviews on yelp?

They are very bad with communication maybe it was just in our experience but they ended up charging us a trip fee because we couldn’t hear them knocking on our front door. Then we got a text from them saying they’re leaving and charging a trip fee. Why couldn’t they just text us/call us saying they’re outside in the first place?

Sorry I did not get a chance to give a better review. Set up an appointment for 1:00. Got a voicemail that it would be 3-4 hours. Called to check on this and she said, well, we don't know when it will be but we will update you.
Four hours later and no update. Very disappointed.
