Had a wonderful experience today with everyone at this company. Gareth came to my home when promised to deal with my emergency water leak. My hot water heater burst and flooded 3 rooms in my home. The company was also able to refer me to a great water restoration company that was at my home within an hour. Both companies have professional, respectful staff. Everyone I spoke to Amundson Plumbing from 430 am forward provided excellent customer service.Gareth made several recommendations to improve safety and prevent future leaks. He even picked up a carbon monoxide detector and installed it for me because we have a gas water heater. Thank you! I look forward to using this company for my future projects/ needs.

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

I am so happy with this company and the plumber. He did an excellent job and the price was great. He also gave me information about the old pipes to my bathtub and gave me an estimate to replace them so the problem wouldn’t happen again. It seems like a very reasonable estimate. CPR Plumbing did an outstanding job for us on short notice, from the first day I called to ask why our water heater was making noises to installing a new water heater. When they heard that our water heater had completely stopped working during the recent cold snap, they moved our water heater replacement appointment to a week earlier! Chuck was prompt and professional. He was able to quickly find an underground leak in my front yard on New Years Eve. Fixed it and I was back up and running with clean work and fixed piping the same day. He also provided a note on the invoice that he said will help me get credit on my water bill due to the emergency leak.

Scheduled service on a Monday morning. Took off work and waited but no one ever showed up. Never got a call advising there was a delay or that they would be late. I had to get back to work. When I called Dallas Sewer Hydro Jetting Service , the guy asked me why I didn't call them to find out why they were late. After that comment, I advised I would not be using their services. To me, it showed a lack of concern which could reflect in their work, as well.

I can understand that things come up and delays are always possible. That's when you make a call to the customer to ask for a different time or explain the delay. Since there are plenty of other plumbing services available, I was able to get someone else fairly quickly.

I usually don't write too much review, but I am so pleased I want to give Ricky a good review.

Welcome to Dallas Hard Freeze/Snow Storm!! Feb 2021.

Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.

Bruce was on time, kept my project on schedule, and explained all the work that would be performed. The work performed exceeded my expectations and delivered at a fair price.
