I had Roto Rooter out this past Sunday because my main drain was backed up to the point where water was backing up into my basement and garage. When the guy from Roto Rooter came out he attempted to snake the drain, told us that it was too backed up to do anything about, and then proceeded to tell me that my driveway would have to be dug up for the pipe to be replaced. He told me that it would be 5200 to repair, looked at me and my boyfriend, and asked us how we wanted to proceed so he could get it scheduled. Obviously we wanted a second opinion.

I called Jerry on Monday and scheduled time for him to come out on Wednesday morning. He brought a much better machine, hooked it all up and in what seemed like no time at all he said that it felt like the blockage was cleared. He then went to the different drains in the basement and garage and put a hose down them to clear the gunk that had backed up as a result of the main line. Flushed toilets (and fixed the one in the basement that wasn't working!!), had me run a load of laundry, we ran water from the bathroom upstairs etc., all so that he felt confident that our problem was resolved.

On top of all that, Jerry was probably one of the nicest, most personable people that I've ever had out to perform repairs at my home. I would recommend him to anyone! I felt comfortable with his work, would trust his word, and put all my plumbing needs in his hands. He could have easily told me that there was a bigger issue like RR had said, quoted me a lower price than 5200, and i would have been none the wiser and thought great, i saved some money at least. But he didn't, instead he helped us out and got us fixed for barely a fraction of what we were initially told.

I called Bill Kossan Plumbing to have a gas line to a new dryer updated/repaired. Had the pleasure of meeting Randy, who was very friendly and professional. A day prior, Gillece quoted the repair job to cost approximately $780. Randy completed the work for $185. He even gave me a Veteran's discount after learning that both my husband and I served in the U.S. Navy. Needless to say, Bill Kossan Plumbing has made a customer for life.

Hi! I have super old plumbing and an awful leak that is actually coming from my shower tiles! They were the only people I called that were able to come same day and they were wonderful! There’s still work to be done since it’s a big job and they will be back - but so far the initial process has been great. I’m really just here to shout out Fady and Sam! They’re awesome! Chris came out to install two hose connections. He was excellent. Showed up when he said he would, got the work done in a timely fashion. Kept all he work looking tidy and professional. Was even able to handle a few hiccups that popped up in the middle of getting the job done without issue. Would recommend to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

These guys were awesome and super responsive. We had a sump issue and it was so loud it sounded like the whole house was shaking. They came out and replaced it in the same day and were very knowledgeable about everything to help us in the future. 10/10 recommend.

I needed some plumbing work done that I considered doing myself but just did not have the confidence I could do it without messing something up. After consulting with my wife, it was decided we should let a professional do it. This company was just that, professionals! I could not have been happier with the service!

I had frozen pipes that ruptured in my house from the winter. Everyone from the secretary to the first plumber on call, to the plumber who came to do the work, to the second plumber who had to come and help we’re all fantastic. Very experienced, very polite, answered all my questions, methodical, and efficient. The price was what I expected. I couldn’t of asked for a better company to come do the work. I had no problems with call backs. They put me in as an emergency.

Please note that someone below gave them a 1, but said they were excellent and will always use them.

You Cannot Find a More Honest, Reasonably Priced Plumber! If you want folks who take care of your needs honestly and with great integrity, look no further. I would trust them with the keys to my house. They will do only what is necessary, charge you a fair and reasonable price, (much less than comparable plumbers) and come as quickly as possible. (Once we had a gushing leak and they came within 20 minutes!) They are a throwback to the good old days of small, family-owned businesses.

Called to arrange for an estimate, was told that someone would come out and take a look early in the week, no one showed up or gave any explaination and/or correspondence - just left me hanging. Must not want my business.
