I called MMP around 8 am and spoke to Cindy. She had me take some pictures of my water heater to email over to them. Within 45 minutes I spoke to Diane, she gave me the price and said she could have someone out to my house by early afternoon the same day. Diane called me back at roughly 11:30 am to let me know a crew had finished a bigger job early and could be at my house in 45 minutes (they got here in 30!).

Jim and Joe were AWESOME! We went over the issues and they answered ALL of our questions and then some. Within an hour and a half they had the old water tank out and the new one installed along with a pressure regulator. Their work was EXCELLENT and the price was good! They will be my go to for any future plumbing needs. I asked MMP to get me a quote for a new furnace and AC unit, I will be sure to edit the review and let everyone know how that goes.

Vince did a good job with some plumbing work for me. He was able to diagnose my real issue (unlike multiple other plumbers who came out to look at the job) and saved me some money. He knows his stuff and is very observant.

Called Patrick to replace two three handle shower valves for my bathrooms in my 1950’s home. Patrick was quick and professional and installed quality central brass fixtures in both bathrooms without looking to over charge me like other plumbers. Bill and team took on our project of moving our laundry room from the basement up to the 2nd story and into our master bedrooms closet. Can't say enough good things about his work. We had to get a new electric water heater for our house. We wanted an on demand tankless electric heater that was energy efficient, and we didn’t want to have to run a gas line from the street to house and do all that work. Mike was able to find us the Essency EXR electric water heater that is a hybrid and offers the best of both tankless and tank water heaters. It has a 30 year warranty and connects to wi-fi. This thing is a beast and is actually really beautiful looking. It’s got a smartphone app and everything. Mike was able to install it and now we have hot water on demand and never need to worry about running the dishwasher at the same time we’re filling up the bathtub for our kids. We can even do the laundry while doing the other two things. We could never do that before with our old water heater. Highly recommend W.J. McNabb Plumbing and this Essency EXR water heater. We’re very happy!

The service was excellent. Mike went above just snake the drain. He showed me some other issues that need to be addressed. A couple of quick fixes that I could take care of with little expense. These were never addressed with the two previous plumbers. He even found a bigger issue with my sump pump that I will have Taggart fix. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I’m very pleased with their service.

Not a very happy camper. I called them to take care of a leak at my house that I had noticed. They were prompt, came out a lot earlier than I thought they would. The ended up replacing a wax ring and bolts on an upstairs toilet and then looked at the master bath about a leak in the drain. When I asked them for an estimate they told me about $2700. I texted a contractor friend and said no way do I do this, NO WAY! The contractor was at my house today 6/28 and replaced the seal and the piece of ceiling that needed to be cutaway to access under the shower stall. $200!!!!! Make sure you question them about everything, never felt so uncomfortable dealing with a local business, that I have trusted in the past, no more. You lost a good customer.
