On point from the first phone call. The women from the answering service was very friendly and attentive to my needs over the phone. She was able to send a K-Plumbing service tech out right away. First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

These guys were awesome and super responsive. We had a sump issue and it was so loud it sounded like the whole house was shaking. They came out and replaced it in the same day and were very knowledgeable about everything to help us in the future. 10/10 recommend.
