I called Bill Kossan Plumbing to have a gas line to a new dryer updated/repaired. Had the pleasure of meeting Randy, who was very friendly and professional. A day prior, Gillece quoted the repair job to cost approximately $780. Randy completed the work for $185. He even gave me a Veteran's discount after learning that both my husband and I served in the U.S. Navy. Needless to say, Bill Kossan Plumbing has made a customer for life.

We had a pipe burst and flood our basement during the Super Bowl. Dave came that evening to cap the pipe so we could have water to the house. Amazing service. It was a true kindness in the middle of a stressful event.

The driver of the Kirsch Plumbing truck almost ran be off the road today when I was riding my bike. Rather than take 10 SECONDS or less to slow down and be safe, the driver decided to pass me by moving into the on-coming traffic lane without being able to see if it was clear (i.e. we were coming up a hill). When he saw there was a car in the lane, he swerved back into the lane with me being right next to him at this point and causing me to swerve onto the shoulder. SO STUPID - it's really not worth what could have happened to save that 10 seconds.

They were in time and did a great job. But there a little overpriced. Here an hour and $365 later.....

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

I found out I had a gas leak in my home around 11am in the morning. The gas company obviously shut the gas off until the leak could be identified and and the line could be repaired. I immediately started calling places because it’s been so cold out and knew it could get to zero or below at night. Orion Plumbing called me back immediately sent someone out within an hour or so. He quickly found the issue and spent all day replacing the outside pipe leading into the house (snow on the ground and temperature between 15 and 20) so that the gas company could come back out before it got dark so we’d have heat overnight. He was so nice, letting me know every step of the way what he was doing. He even stayed until the gas company came to make sure everything was alright, and tested the furnace, stove, and hot water tank to make sure they were all working correctly before he left. Knowing this is a ridiculously busy season for them, I don’t have words to express how grateful I am that they came out to fix it that day. Fady, the owner who was also busy, stopped to bring supplies, and was also extremely nice. I really can’t say enough good things, but would definitely recommend them, and I will be using them for any plumbing concerns I have in the future.

About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

We had a sewer back up and Devon was sent out. Within 20 minutes he knew it was a main sewer line issue and notified Plum. Thanks to Devon we had minimal damage to the garage. Great job Devon and Mcvay!

Great plumbers, had an issue with my basement toilet, they on time, identified the issue in seconds and had it fixed within the hour. Very impressed! We will be using them again in the future.
