Alan Trout is very knowledgeable and a honest plumber. He is very respectful of your property and his work is very high quality and detailed. I would not use any other plumber in the future except for trout plumbing because the job is done correct and at a very fair price compared to other companies. Service was dispatched within an hour of calling, even for the non emergency need as I had. Pricing was terrific and was not charged an after hour fee (around 6:30pm). They showed up the very next day after I called. They replaced a very old pressure regulator for our home, replaced our water heater, and replaced a broken shut off in a few short hours. Everything looks clean and appears to be done with very high craftmanship. Afterwards, they spent extra time explaining other things they saw while working and offered free advice for how to monitor them.

The price was exceptionally fair as well, especially in this day and age.

I will absolutely be a returning customer the next time I need work done, and I will be recommending them to friends.

These are the most inefficient, disrespectful, unorganized and forgetful group of plumbers in Pittsburgh. If they show up, you may get an hour or two of solid work from them. Otherwise, they are the least professional plumbing bunch that I’ve met in all of my work and construction experience. Almost everything they installed or repaired is unfinished or leaking. Did I mention they have no concept of time management?

I called Gillece because I was having problems with my furnace. They sent a tech out to check it out. Tako was the tech they sent and he was professional and courteous. He was familiar with the model of furnace I had and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently. I would call Gillece again in the future for any problems that I couldn’t handle.
