Nigrelli plumbing was fantastic I have dealt with many plumbers in the past and have had difficulty in finding one that is dependable let alone trustworthy and one that is trying to to do what is best for the customer. My wife and I have called Stahl Plumbing and Drain a few times for pinhole leaks and they've been awesome every time. Had to call them this morning for a pretty large leak in my basement and they were able to come out within two hours. Can't thank them enough for the speed, cleanliness and quality of work!

On point from the first phone call. The women from the answering service was very friendly and attentive to my needs over the phone. She was able to send a K-Plumbing service tech out right away. Brian was very polite and able to unclog the drain and even replaced the pipe with a longer lasting quilty pipe with no issues. Thanks again to a wonderful team you all have in place

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

I recently used Alex at Orion Plumbing to repair and replace a new garbage disposal in my home. He was quick to reply, effecient in his work and gave extremely fair and reasonable prices based on the other quotes I received. I felt safe having him do work in my home and he kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire process, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. About 2 years ago I had these guys out to change the old pipes under the bathroom floor. After the work was done the toilet was still leaking granted a smaller amount but still leaking. When I called about it the basically caused me out. Blamed the problem on me. Because I did not let them replace the whole system costing me thousands of dollars. I jut had a guy out to terrace the toilet because it is loose on the bottom and leaking badly. This company broke the flange when putting the toilet down. Instead of fixing it use plummers putty to fill in and hold the bolt down. Then put 3 wax rings to cover up what they did. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

I have been using Mertz plumbing for a few years. They ALWAYS show up when they say. Everyone that has come is polite and professional, and takes the time to explain what needs done, what they did or plan B, if plan A doesn’t work. I have a mechanic that I trust and am very loyal to, and have used for 25 years. Now I have a plumber.

I had to pay in advance. They did not fix the problem. Said they would call to set up coming back, bit never called. It turned out to be such a simple reason for my clog that I fixed it myself with a sink plunger!

I was having issues with my 18-year old air conditioning unit and called John here at South Hills Plumbing & Heating and he came right out. We could have kept the older unit going, but John was able to quote me a new unit on the spot which was competitive with what we have been quoted on in the past.

John scheduled for an installation a few days later and returned with (2) other technicians to help remove the old unit and install the new one. They did a great job with cleanup and now my house is so much more cooler than it was before.
