At first, I would have given this business a higher rating, but after experiencing subsequent problems with their work, my husband and I are not happy. They did a sewer liner for us, but didn't address all of the problems. Therefore it looks like we're going to need to have more work done, which we obviously would have rather done all at once. While the work may be less expensive than others, I think the adage of you get what you pay for definitely rings true. It's still not cheap by the way - $5,000 for a fixing a problem but not actually fixing it isn't really worth it.

The biggest problem though is that the owner is incredibly unprofessional. He would not allow me to even ask about my problems and then stated that I was talking to him like a retard on the phone. I could not believe the things he said to me - calling me crazy and ignorant (but meaning rude I guess since he clearly doesn't know what the word actually means) among a series of other jabs. He also hung up on me at least 3 times in 10 minutes.

In the end, their work is sloppy at best (they literally leave sewage everywhere when they work), and I would never recommend this business to someone.

After an emergency plumber(chain) was a no-show on Sunday, I called Pittsburgh Best Monday morning. I asked if someone could come by around 2:30 and at 2:25 they pulled in. Both guys were courteous and quick and came prepared with an arsenal of equipment and the main line was unclogged before 3pm. I highly recommend going local and would gladly use them again.

Zoom Drain from Pittsburgh, PA, is a fantastic plumbing service. In light of an emergency, they were able to send a plumbing technician out within the hour. I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. I'm thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress. Very timely. Professional and courteous. I called and had a professional at my home within 30min. They removed my old furnace, installed a new one. I'd have never known they were there, they work clean. Gave me an overview after installation. Can't recommend enough! Lifesaver. Thanks guys.

The company is very pushy with wanting a credit card # rather than actually listening to what the customer needs are.You have to speak through a receptionist rather than talk to the tech, very frustrating to call several times rather than speaking directly to the tech.I explained several times, had to repeat myself several times to the receptionist when making an appointment.Overall, poor customer service. No email or breakdown to show exactly what the tech did for our $90 service charge.I would call around to other companies before Mr Rooter.

The installation team (Ryan and others) were excellent. We had to insist on a larger AC Unit, as there was unaccounted square footage. Also surprised that there was drilling through an outside wall that was not explained when getting and signing the bid. STILL....I'd recommend them highly- the price was very reasonable- definitely less than others! And the work was completed efficiently and with no worries by an excellent team of workers. Would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!!

Called for water heater issues @7:30A, dispatcher called back at 8A, and service tech Scott showed up just after 9A. Diagnosed problem (so did I), priced it, and got to it. Even with some unforeseen issues with ancient plumbing, he was done quickly. (Mind you, I was house sitting for a relative, so this service was extra appreciated.) Scott explained everything, was very professional, left things neat and tidy, and most of all, fixed! Thanks so much.

I called okay Rooter drain cleaning on an emergency basis in Orlando and his partner showed up immediately. They assessed the situation and fixed it for a very reasonable cost
. I I highly recommend them and would call them again anytime I have a plumbing issue

The staff worked very diligently and even came back after the job was done to fix something. However, for the amount that we paid for the entire job to be done, the overall quality really disappointed us. The cement that was put into the basement was very rough, and there didn't seem to be an effort to smooth it out to the existing cement.
