Zoom Drain from Pittsburgh, PA, is a fantastic plumbing service. In light of an emergency, they were able to send a plumbing technician out within the hour. I found this service on Google and was able to set up a quick service appointment via text, which can also be done by phone. Everybody knows how stressful a plumbing situation can be, and many times, it can be very costly. Zoom Drain was able to work with me in terms of financing as I was in a bind. They made a call to their office, and I explained my needs; they worked with me to split the cost. Not only was that excellent customer service, but their quality of work was great. They were able to identify my issues and gave me some pointers on how to mitigate future problems. I'm thankful I was able to get this fixed today, and it has substantially reduced my stress. Didn't end up using hvac services but the guy was kind enough to call me back and help me work through my dead furnace problem on a Sunday morning with temperatures in single digits. Will definitely call them first next time I need help.

They do an ok job, if you can get them to return your phone call and actually come out to your home. I've been trying to get them out to my home for a month now and they have only returned my calls twice-once to take my info and tell me they would be out later in the week, and a second time several weeks later to tell me that they still intended to come out even though they never called to let me know they weren't coming the first time. Since then I have left more voicemails and none have been returned. Our landlord used them and we thought they did ok work so when we decided to demo the bathroom at our new home they were at the top of my list to contact. It appears that they don't want or don't need the business though. They have wasted our time. Don't waste yours.
