Best Shower Repair in Pittsburgh PA

I called Bill Kossan Plumbing to have a gas line to a new dryer updated/repaired. Had the pleasure of meeting Randy, who was very friendly and professional. A day prior, Gillece quoted the repair job to cost approximately $780. Randy completed the work for $185. He even gave me a Veteran's discount after learning that both my husband and I served in the U.S. Navy. Needless to say, Bill Kossan Plumbing has made a customer for life.

I don't typically leave reviews...but these guys (and gal) are just that good. They are a very competent and customer focused team. Someone that actually cares about the needs of the customer. Truly appreciate the hard work. Don't hesitate to call them!

Installation of permaliner. We had some terra cotta pipes that needed lined after finding an interior leak. They were responsive and professional. Highly recommend.

At this point we've yet to work together but I'm thrilled that Cindy got back to me fast and Chuck came out to look at the project as soon as he was available. Furthermore, I've not had a more productive and constructive conversation contractor yet.

These guys were awesome and super responsive. We had a sump issue and it was so loud it sounded like the whole house was shaking. They came out and replaced it in the same day and were very knowledgeable about everything to help us in the future. 10/10 recommend.

Great experience from beginning to end! Mark was incredibly responsive and communicative and put us at ease right away. Not only did he and his partner work efficiently and fix our issue, his customer service was top notch and he was enjoyable to have in our home. HIGHLY recommend these guys!
