We had a great experience with Krupp Whitney Plumbing for trenchless sewer line repair. Their quote was well under others we received, they do not outsource their labor, the employees are kind, speedy, and trustworthy. Everything was done in the time frame that was promised at the price that was promised.

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

Hi! I have super old plumbing and an awful leak that is actually coming from my shower tiles! They were the only people I called that were able to come same day and they were wonderful! There’s still work to be done since it’s a big job and they will be back - but so far the initial process has been great. I’m really just here to shout out Fady and Sam! They’re awesome! Super knowledgeable, and worked really hard and definitely made myself (a first time home owner) feel much better. Thanks for coming by today!

I am very satisfied with the promptness, professionalism and quality of work from this company, especially from Ian and Randy who were the technicians who serviced my home. Water wasn't flowing into the toilet tanks and in one sink. This problem happened overnight. Both men quickly diagnosed the problem due to a faulty shut-off valve underneath the toilets and sink. Within 20 minutes they diagnosed and fixed the problem. The price was very reasonable and I am so grateful for the quick response by McVay plumbing company.

Matt unclogged basement floor/sewage drain. I had 3 different plumbers come here and none could figure out the gurgling in my tub when we flushed the toilet. Cuccaro was recommended by another one of their workers on a job I was also working on in Fox Chapel. 4 plumbers in less than a yr I had here and they did not fix the problem. I called Cuccaro and he sent out Matt. Matt did a through job, was very knowledgeable and trouble shot the job. I am pleased with Matt's work & his personality. Matt checked and exhausted all avenues to make sure he got to the root of the problem. Right now I sit here with a sigh of relief. Thank you Matt!!

I found my water heater surrounded in a pool of water. I knew I needed a plumber and was expecting the worst recalling that it recently cost over $600 to have an outdoor spigot replaced by the guy that has pictures of himself waving from the back of his fleet of trucks. I wanted to try someone new and contacted Pittsburgh's Best Plumbing. I called in the evening and had a response in less than an hour. He was there the next morning and did a thorough inspection of my entire water system. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem to a faulty expansion tank. It was replaced in no time and at incredibly affordable price of well under half of what the other guy charged me to relpace a spigot! Highly recommended!

Drain to the street backed up and over flowed onto my driveway and garage. Mark Puzas had his tech Robert come out on short notice and Robert took his time and now the line is clean no more back ups.

We called for a hot water tank inspection as well as water hammering with our pipes. Tony was our tech and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He also showed us some things to look for when looking over our hot water tank and made some recommendations to think about. Overall happy with the service.

Ed has answered our frantic call for help before and did it again today. My 99 year old mother's shower handle broke and we could not turn off shower. Ed was there quickly and able to cap off the problem so we could turn on the water to the house again. On a Saturday when you are not sure who will work on your problem, Ed was a hero to my mom and I !!!!
