While the workmanship was acceptable they are outrageously EXPENSIVE. Charged over $400 an hour. Would not recommend or use again.

I have used Lakewood Mechanical for many years. new HVAC, New gas line, and most recently a sewer back-up problem that Chuck (plumbing genius) was able to pin-point and repair, cutting only one square foot of basement floor. Polite, friendly, clean. could not ask for more. Jim Bashline .

They are by far the most cost-effective company I've worked with until now. I hired them for a sewer inspection, they got the results to me within a few hours of the inspection when I informed them about a hard time-limit I had for contingency to end. Very easy to work with and efficient at what they do.

I had a pipe burst in my home this winter and Fady at Orion was the only plumber who was able to provide an emergency service the same day. He arrived within a few hours and quickly diagnosed then fixed the problem. We hired him a few weeks later for lingering plumbing issues around the house. Fady was polite, friendly, and had great communication. I would recommend Orion Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest, hard-working plumber.

Mike and his guys were great to deal with right from the first time we spoke. I was putting an addition on my house and needed to have my sewer line relocated at the last minute. Proudfoot is our first-choice plumbing service and HVAC provider. We have multiple rentals in Allegheny County and when things go bad, Proudfoot comes through. I really can't say enough good things about them.

WARRANTY CLAIMS BEWARE! Will perform work without prior authorization AND then expect payment for said services when your warranty company doesn't cover the charges. Misleading to clients and would never recommend, despite having 24 hour emergency service.

Drain to the street backed up and over flowed onto my driveway and garage. Mark Puzas had his tech Robert come out on short notice and Robert took his time and now the line is clean no more back ups.

Jaros Plumbing is the exact type of plumber I was hoping to get when I went looking for one.

They showed up the very next day after I called. They replaced a very old pressure regulator for our home, replaced our water heater, and replaced a broken shut off in a few short hours. Everything looks clean and appears to be done with very high craftmanship. Afterwards, they spent extra time explaining other things they saw while working and offered free advice for how to monitor them.

The price was exceptionally fair as well, especially in this day and age.

I will absolutely be a returning customer the next time I need work done, and I will be recommending them to friends.

assessment appointment the following day. And, was able to have the rusted rutted pipe replaced in both places that same day! Jeff was so professional courteous and respectful of the kitchen area.
