I called Bill Kossan Plumbing to have a gas line to a new dryer updated/repaired. Had the pleasure of meeting Randy, who was very friendly and professional. A day prior, Gillece quoted the repair job to cost approximately $780. Randy completed the work for $185. He even gave me a Veteran's discount after learning that both my husband and I served in the U.S. Navy. Needless to say, Bill Kossan Plumbing has made a customer for life.

We had a great experience with Mr. Nigrelli and his employees. Everyone was respectful and courteous. Very clean and a job well done. I have owned 4 houses over the last 24 years, and have hired a lot of contractors, and these guys are top-notch.

I usually do not write reviews but since there are a lot of bad companies out there, I felt compelled to tell of our experience with K-Plumbing. They answered on the first call and were very polite. I had an assessment set up for the next day. They arrived promptly within the scheduled hour block. The gentlemen were very professional and gave me all options. I chose a 40 gallon tank, which to my sheer delight was delivered within an hour of my decision to get a new water heater. From arrival to completion, it was only a little over 3 hours. And the best part was they did not bring a cheap water heater for installation, but a top of the line product. I could not be happier with my choice to use this company. 2017: I can't say enough good things about McVay Plumbing. We had a leaking pipe in our bathtub drainage system that was very difficult to access. Another plumbing company actually turned us down because of the difficulty of accessing the problem area. Greg and Brian came out and fixed the issue promptly, efficiently, and professionally. They were also very approachable, took time to explain the repair process, and gave us suggestions about how to prevent future problems. Meanwhile, the price was more than reasonable. From first call to final resolution, McVay's treated us very fairly. Highly recommend.

2023 follow up: We used McVay again for a water heater replacement in July 2023 and once again had fast and efficient service. Kevin was our technician and he provided very friendly service and was very willing to take his time in explaining the issue and answer my questions. This seems like a good company that consistently hires great people.

Proudfoot has done my furnace and AC maintenance for a couple years, always courteous and on time. I had a problem with my hot water heater that we'd put off fixing because it was going to be a big job. I asked Proudfoot for a quote and they found a cheaper and better way to do it that meant not cutting through my ceiling, got it done ONE DAY from when I called them out. Great work, cleaned up everything to the way it was before the project, and Hugh the owner came out to inspect it himself before they left. Definitely would use Proudfoot again!
