Randy even called in his connections for extra reinforcement and never quit or abandoned us until he fixed the stubborn problem. Ian arrived on time and once again cleared the sewer system . Gave sufficient information on the age and rehab procedures that may be needed if the sewer needs frequent snake procedures. Was extremely helpful with informing and suggested having an estimator give a detailed accounting of cost. Explained I would give McVay a call when I’m ready for estimates.

Professional, responsive, courteous, and made sure that I had an understanding of how the tankless hot water system worked. It was a two day job and Chad made sure I had hot water overnight. Many kudos to him!
