Jerry was quick to respond, and came to look at my issues with non-working and leaking hose bibs. He was able to replace one quickly, and offered advice on how to resolve other issues. Very excellent, reasonable, and personable. Highly recommend.

Nigrelli plumbing was fantastic I have dealt with many plumbers in the past and have had difficulty in finding one that is dependable let alone trustworthy and one that is trying to to do what is best for the customer. On point from the first phone call. The women from the answering service was very friendly and attentive to my needs over the phone. She was able to send a K-Plumbing service tech out right away. Brian was very polite and able to unclog the drain and even replaced the pipe with a longer lasting quilty pipe with no issues. Thanks again to a wonderful team you all have in place

Very responsive company. We ultimately wound up using a different plumber due to being able to schedule sooner. I must have called a dozen plumbers to try and get our burst pipe addressed and Krupp Whitney was by far the most responsive and helpful despite not being able to schedule us immediately. Can’t comment on their work but I will certainly consider them for any future and less urgent work I need done.

First of all folks I'm not even from Pittsburgh, but we are visiting some friends in the area. Found the site and called when my friends toilet went all nasty. Not the thing to have happen when you have guests over for the week. My friend made the call and they showed up super fast. Tried to help contain the mess before it got way out of hand (OMG that was nasty- those people have iron stomachs for sure). These guys were so professional - and they did an awesome job. They ended up having to take the whole toilet up to get a diaper out of the toilet that swelled up half way down the pipe. They cleaned up the job (too bad she couldn't convince them to do the floors while they were there) and were super friendly and professional. This is honestly my first review. I figured a business that went that far out of their way was worth doing a review. Thank you Pittsburgh Plumbing!

Hi! I have super old plumbing and an awful leak that is actually coming from my shower tiles! They were the only people I called that were able to come same day and they were wonderful! There’s still work to be done since it’s a big job and they will be back - but so far the initial process has been great. I’m really just here to shout out Fady and Sam! They’re awesome! Super knowledgeable, and worked really hard and definitely made myself (a first time home owner) feel much better. Thanks for coming by today!
