My expectations were surpassed by the excellent work by Bill Kossan. Because I’m new to the Bethel Park area, I had to take a chance on who to call when I discovered water around my drain in the basement. Bill called me immediately and promised he’d try to get it fixed that day. Not only did he unclog the drain, but he also cleaned the entire area of the basement that was dirty from the water not draining. I can’t say enough good things about Bill Kossan Plumbing. Fantastic work at a fair price...can’t ask for more. Definitely call Bill for any and all of your plumbing issues.

Kelsey was awesome. She saved me on the original request for a washing machine prep, then used her time fix 3 other jobs for me, including: a down spout, a master bath sink drain, and a separated stack! Wow, wow, WOW!
